Once in a while

Long-Haul Destinations

The big trips. Europe, Japan, Australia, Turkey — the kind of holiday you remember for years. Plan it properly with someone who has done it many times before.

Long-haul trips are where preparation matters most. Visas take time. Hotels in good locations book out. Internal travel between cities or regions needs careful sequencing. Our long-haul programmes start with a real conversation about what you want from the trip — then we build the itinerary backward from there, not from a packaged template.

Multi-country logistics that work

Switzerland-France-Italy in 10 nights without burning your family out. Train passes, transfers, luggage planning — built in.

Flight strategy, not just flight booking

Multi-stop and open-jaw routings can save days. We compare cost vs. time across carriers and route through hubs that work for Bangalore departures.

Hotels in actual locations

Sleep in Paris within walking distance of Metro line 1, not 40 minutes out in Roissy. We name the arrondissement, the neighbourhood, the walking time.

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should we book a long-haul trip from Bangalore?
For Schengen Europe, US, UK or Australia: ideally 8-12 weeks ahead because of visa appointment slots and best airfare. For Japan during cherry blossom (March-April) or Australia during Indian summer break: 4-6 months ahead. Last-minute Europe is possible for solo travellers; less so for families.
Is multi-country Europe (Paris + Switzerland + Italy) realistic in 10 nights?
Yes, comfortably. Our 10-night circuit typically covers Paris (3 nights), Switzerland (3-4 nights with a train pass), and Italy (3-4 nights for Rome + one other). We use Eurail strategically, pick hotels near central stations, and limit each-day movement to 2-3 hours of travel. Anyone who has done it knows pacing is everything.
What is your visa success rate for Schengen and other long-haul?
Near-zero rejection across hundreds of submissions from our Bangalore office. We achieve this by checking every document before submission, drafting a clear travel itinerary, and (where the embassy asks) preparing supporting cover letters. We have been doing this since 2015.
Is Japan more expensive than Europe for the same number of nights?
Slightly, on flights. On the ground, Japan can be cheaper than Western Europe (food and intercity rail). The big variable is JR Pass utilisation — if your trip touches 3+ regions, the pass pays for itself. We model the cost both ways so you see the trade-off.
Can long-haul be done as honeymoon?
Absolutely. Japan, Switzerland, Italy and Australia are all popular honeymoon long-haul picks. Honeymoon mode adds private transfers, room category upgrades, candlelight dinners pre-arranged, and a slightly slower pace. See Honeymoon Getaways or WhatsApp us.
