Oyster Holidays... what can I say? I had only used their services for ticketing before, but this time they helped me with the entire package to the Andaman Islands. We were a group of 11 family members. From boarding our flight to our return, every single detail was taken care of. The coordination with all their staff was excellent, and the service from their partners on the ground was equally good. Great hotels, food, sightseeing and local ac vehicle. We recently booked Vietnam trip through Oyster Holidays, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The itinerary was very well planned, covering beautiful destinations like Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Da Nang, and Phu Quoc without feeling rushed. The agent was professional, responsive, and always available to answer questions before and during the trip. Hotel arrangements were comfortable, transportation was smooth, and all the tours were organized perfectly. We engaged with Oyster Holidays for our Australia trip. Our primary contacts were Dada Peer ji, Poonam ji and Pooja-ji ( coordination in Australia ). The Oyster team was very professional in organising the trip which ensured we had pleasant vacation. Before the trip they made plan as per our requirement and especially they answered every query we had regarding the trip. In Australia they organised the trip without glitch, everything on the plan were implemented accurately without any confusion. Ground transport, Hotel accomodation were espcially very good that made the trip pleasurable.
