India's own slice of the tropics — no passport, just blue water and time
The Andaman Islands are where India turns tropical — powder-white beaches, glass-clear lagoons, and coral reefs that feel a world away from the mainland, yet you reach them with nothing more than your Aadhaar and a short flight. Radhanagar Beach on Swaraj Dweep (Havelock) is routinely rated among Asia's finest, the diving and snorkelling are genuinely world-class, and Port Blair carries the heavy, moving history of the Cellular Jail. It is honeymoon and family country in equal measure.
From Bengaluru it is an easy hop — a direct flight lands you in Port Blair in under three hours, and from there it is ferries and island time. A typical trip splits between Port Blair for history, Havelock (Swaraj Dweep) for beaches and water sports, and Neil (Shaheed Dweep) for a slower, quieter pace. We handle the flights, the inter-island ferries, the hotels and every transfer.

Travel tips from our team
- Indians do not need a Restricted Area Permit for Port Blair, Havelock or Neil — your Aadhaar or photo ID is enough (some forest/tribal areas and all foreigners still need permits, which we arrange)
- Inter-island ferries book out fast in peak season — confirm dates early and let us lock the sailings
- Do not miss the Cellular Jail Light-and-Sound show — book an evening slot
- Carry original government photo ID (and copies) — checked at the airport and ferry terminals
- Book a beginner scuba or sea-walk in advance during October–May
- Pack reef-safe sunscreen and water shoes; ATMs are limited on Havelock and Neil
Andaman, answered
When is the best time to visit Andaman?
October to May, the dry season, with calm seas and the best diving visibility. Avoid the May–September monsoon, when seas turn rough and water sports are suspended.
How many days do I need?
Five to six nights for a first visit — Port Blair's history, Havelock's beaches and a relaxed day or two on Neil.
Can I scuba dive even if I have never dived?
Yes — beginners can do a guided discovery dive with an instructor, no certification needed; sea-walking is a no-swimming option too.
How do I reach Andaman from Bangalore?
Fly direct from Bengaluru to Port Blair (~2h40m), or one-stop via Chennai; you then travel between islands by ferry, which we pre-book.
What is included in an Andaman package?
Return flights, hotels, all inter-island ferries, airport and sightseeing transfers, and key sightseeing. Water sports, dives and meals beyond breakfast are add-ons.
