The paperwork, handled properly
A visa refusal is almost always avoidable — a missing document, a photo to the wrong size, a form filled in haste. We have prepared visa files for Bengaluru travellers since 2015, and we know exactly what each consulate expects.
We build your checklist, complete and check the forms, book the appointment, ready your file for biometrics and follow it through to decision. Whether or not you book a holiday with us, we can handle your visa.
From checklist to passport in hand
A precise, country-specific list of every paper and form your visa needs — no guesswork, nothing missed.
We complete the application forms with you and review every entry, so a small slip does not cost you the visa.
We book your VFS or consulate appointment and slot it sensibly around your travel dates.
We prepare your file for submission and tell you exactly what to expect at the centre — biometrics, fees and timelines.
We follow your application through to decision and keep you updated until the passport is back in your hand.
Book a tour with us and the visa is handled as part of your package — one team, one point of contact.
Four ways a visa works
How you apply depends on the country. The exact rule for your destination — and the official links — are on each visa page below.
Visa-free & visa on arrival
The easiest — you travel on your Indian passport, sometimes with a small fee or an online travel authorisation paid before you fly. Common for short leisure trips to several nearby countries.
e-Visa
Applied for entirely online — you upload your documents and receive an approval by email to carry and show on arrival. No embassy visit, ideal when there is no centre in Bengaluru.
Sticker visa (VFS / consulate)
For Schengen Europe, the UK, the USA, Japan, China and others — an in-person appointment at a VFS centre or consulate, with biometrics and, for some countries, a short interview.
Visa within your package
When you book a holiday with us, visa documentation is part of the plan. We prepare the file, fill the forms and submit on your behalf, so you only sign where needed.

Visa rules change frequently — the figures above are indicative and we confirm the exact requirement for your destination and travel dates. A tourist visa is always granted at the discretion of the consulate; we give you the strongest possible application, but no agent can guarantee an outcome.
What every Indian applicant should know
Visas are won or lost on the details. These are the things that matter most — we check every one before your file is submitted.
Passport validity
Most countries want your passport valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date, with 2–3 blank pages. If yours is close to expiry, renew it first — we will tell you.
Photographs to spec
A wrong photo is the single most common cause of rejection. Each country has exact size, background and recency rules — we share the precise specification for yours.
Proof of funds
Recent bank statements (usually the last 3–6 months) and your income-tax returns show you can fund the trip and intend to return. We help you present them clearly.
Tickets & stay
Most visas need confirmed return tickets and hotel bookings. We arrange the bookings your application needs — without you committing to anything before the visa is granted.
Travel insurance
Mandatory for Schengen (minimum €30,000 medical cover) and sensible everywhere. We can arrange a policy that meets the rule for your destination.
Apply in good time
Schengen accepts applications up to 6 months ahead; processing is typically around 15 working days and longer in peak season. Apply early — we plan the timeline backwards from your travel date.
Requirements differ by country and are revised often. We confirm the current rule for your destination at the time you apply. ECR-category passport holders should also check emigration requirements — we will flag this if it applies to you.

Visas, answered
Do you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No honest agent can — the decision rests entirely with the consulate. What we do is prepare a complete, correct and well-presented file so you have the strongest possible application, and tell you frankly if anything looks weak before you apply.
Can you help if I am not booking a holiday with you?
Yes. We offer visa assistance as a standalone service for Bengaluru travellers, as well as part of our holiday packages. Either way you get the same checklist, form-filling and tracking.
Which countries do you handle visas for?
Every destination we plan — see the country-by-country list on this page. Common ones include the Schengen countries, the UK, USA, UAE, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Japan and Australia.
How long does a visa take?
It varies by country and season. An e-visa can come through in a few working days, while a Schengen or UK visa is usually around 15 working days and longer in peak months. Apply early and we will give you a realistic timeline.
Do I have to visit the embassy in person?
For e-visas, no — everything is online. For sticker visas such as Schengen, the UK and the USA you usually visit a VFS centre once to give biometrics; we book that appointment and prepare you for it.
What documents will I need?
It depends on the destination, but typically a valid passport, photographs to specification, confirmed tickets and hotel bookings, recent bank statements and travel insurance. We send you an exact checklist for your specific visa.
